By accessing or using GlobeTix (fbflow.cloud), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
To purchase tickets, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. GlobeTix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include applicable taxes and service fees. A purchase is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. GlobeTix acts as a ticketing platform and facilitates transactions between buyers and event organizers. Ticket allocation is determined on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversions are provided for convenience and may not reflect the exact amount charged by your payment provider. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.
Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at GlobeTix's sole discretion in the following circumstances: (a) event cancellation by the organizer, (b) significant event rescheduling, or (c) duplicate charges due to technical errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the qualifying event. Processing fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Tickets purchased through GlobeTix are for personal use. Unauthorized resale, transfer for commercial purposes, or scalping of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Authorized transfer features, if available, must be used through the GlobeTix platform. GlobeTix reserves the right to void tickets that have been resold in violation of these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform or purchase tickets; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality; (f) circumvent any security or authentication measures; (g) harvest or collect user information without consent.
All content on GlobeTix, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and trademarks, is the property of GlobeTix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. The GlobeTix name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GlobeTix.
GlobeTix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeTix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobeTix, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
